This is 3 hour session focusing on the activity of peer observation – how to carry out a teaching observation effectively. Participants are invited to carry out a micro-teach exercise and will receive peer feedback. This session is limited to 5 participants. Please book on ONLY if you are prepared to deliver a microteach session.

This hour long session is facilitated by the CPD team, including Ms Aimee Charnell. Participants will be led in discussions about challenges in teaching in wards and clinics. At the end of the session, participants will identify methods and approaches to teaching they may be able to employ in their workplace.
