This hour long session will introduce delegates to easy mentoring and coaching tools. These tools will provide a basis for supporting a student through learning challenges - a medical education focus. Facilitated by Jools Symons and Zoe Ferguson - experienced mentor and coaches, this will be a useful teaching tips exchange.
This session introduces the basic teaching skills involved in medical education. Delegates will receive some light touch training in teaching good practice and provide a pathway for development. This is an introduction for those who wish to develop as an educator and for those who do not teach on a regular basis.
This session is delivered via zoom and will introduce the MBChB and MSc Physician Associate studies curricula, University of Leeds.
