Meet the CPD Team

The CPD programme at LIME is spearheaded by a dedicated and passionate team. With a diverse blend of teaching and administrative skills and supported by clinical colleagues from across the School of Medicine and Faculty, the team delivers a comprehensive CPD programme. This programme is anchored in proven pedagogical approaches and designed to be both practical and inspiring, with the ultimate goal of increasing skill and confidence in teaching and enhancing outcomes for students and patients.

Liz Fisher

Liz is the Training and Development Manager for professional learning at LIME.  After successful careers in the legal and teaching professions, Liz now brings her extensive knowledge and expertise to the Training and Recognition Team.  She is passionate about delivering focused CPD that is relevant, practical and effective.

Ruksana Bukhari

Ruksana skilfully coordinates and administers the professional learning programme organised by the team on behalf of LIME.

Having worked within the University of Leeds for almost 10 years, she brings with her knowledge and experience to facilitate the smooth running of clinical educator professional learning sessions and events.
