PLACES are limited to clinical educators of Leeds University students ONLY.
This workshop completes the blended training required for new examiners in order to take part in our Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCEs) on the MBChB and Physician Associate Programmes.
This 3 hour workshop builds upon the knowledge and skills developed from the OSCE Examiner e-Learning module and marking activity which must be completed prior to attending the workshop.
By the end of this workshop participants will be better able to:
- Understand their role in OSCE examinations
- Demonstrate competence and skill in the practice of OSCE examining
- Utilise their skills of listening, observing and making professional judgements
- Navigate the digital assessment form
