Join us for this CPD session on how to give effective feedback. Feedback is an essential step for our learning and development; however it is scarcely taught within clinical programmes. We will be discussing what makes feedback effective, some common feedback models and how to practically integrate this new learning into your workplace.  Includes a Q&A session.

This CPD session is ideal for early educators looking to upskill and any experienced educators wanting to recap the principles of feedback.
